1 Why we have to buy products from you?

2 What is the quotation based on?
Generally we quote FOB price, and the price depends on several factors: quantity, material, shape, quality, logo size&color&printed position, packing, design, exported country, destination port, etc.
3 Do you accept small order?
Of course. We accept small order, even if you only order one product, and we will do our best to meet your requirement by quoting you the reasonable price with diligent service.
4 How much do you charge for sample?
We provide stock mugs for free. If you want to print logo on mugs, the sample charge depends on the logo size&color&printed position. If you want newly designed mugs, then the sample charge depends on the quantity and the cost of opening the mould. And the freight charge is paid by clients. To notice that the sample charge would be returned after you placing the order.
5 Can you provide the quality test report?
Yes. We can do test report depending on customers’ requirements. Such as SGS, CE, CIQ, FDA, EEC, LFGB and so on.
6 What about the delivery time?
10-15 days for small order and ordinary shapes, actual days subject to shape and quantity.
7 How to place order?
Inquiry--quotation--/confirm/i-transfer deposit--produce--transfer balance--ship out products.
8 What about the payment terms?
30% in advance, 70% before shipment by T/T, L/C Paypal.

In the beginning, our products mainly were mugs made of stoneware, strengthen porcelain as well as bone china, then gradually we started to manufacture ceramic tableware including bowls, dishes, plates, spoons and toothpick-holders, etc.. Our company is capable of accepting customized logo printing on certain mugs by process of decal and heat transfer printing. Moreover, OEM and ODM are also welcomed. We provide mugs of various capacities like 8oz,11oz, 14oz, 16oz, 20oz, 23oz, 25oz, 250ml, 350ml,380ml, 420ml,500ml, 750ml, etc.and various shapes, such as straight-body mugs, V-shape mugs, barrel-shape mugs, drum-shape mugs and mugs of other peculiar shapes. All the mugs can be color-glazed as per customers' request. We accept custom logo printing by decal and heat transfer printing. At present, our conventional products include ugs with colored rim&handle, inner-colored mugs, mugs with silicon lid&sleeve, sublimation mugs, photo printed mugs, color changing magic mugs, etc..What's more, novel-designed shapes as your design are also available.
